Confirmation of orders
When we receive your order an automatic email response is sent to you confirming your order number. Please keep this email and refer to the order number if you later have any queries.
Order processing
We aim to despatch orders within two working days of receiving an order. Mailing times vary according to which mailing option you choose and to which country goods are sent.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Debit/Credit card payments
Debit/credit cards are charged at the time your order is processed.
Payment currency
Prices are shown on the website in both Sterling and a Euro equivalent. At present all payments are charged in Sterling and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company at standard bank rates.
Postage charges
Postal charges are calculated individually for each order according to weight, size and any other criteria relevant to the postal authority used.
Sales contract
Once Qnotesmusic has accepted your order, received full payment and you have received an acceptance email, a legal contract exists for us to supply the goods and for you to purchase them subject to these terms and conditions.
Missing packages
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable length of time please email us quoting your order number, name, delivery address, and items ordered.
Damaged goods
Immediately you receive a damaged package please email us quoting your order number, name, delivery address, and items ordered. These details enable us to take appropriate action to ensure you receive replacement goods as quickly as possible.
Other reasons for dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with goods you receive please contact us by email immediately your order arrives. Quote your order number, name, delivery address, items ordered, and outline the problem with the goods received. We have a flexible returns policy where a complaint is both genuine and prompt.
Data Protection
Qnotesmusic takes all reasonable precautions to keep details of orders and payments secure, but except where it is proven we have been negligent we are not liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Applicable Law
Our terms of sales and supply of goods are subject to English law, and English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from a contract.
